- Manage loan and investment operations for fintech companies in India.
- Conduct market research, develop strategies, and identify potential target companies.
- Engage with business owners to perform comprehensive business and financial analyses, including company valuation.
- Design and evaluate loan structures, tailoring proposals to each business case.
- Lead negotiations and prepare all relevant agreements and supporting documentation.
- Provide post-investment monitoring, reporting, and ongoing operational support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including financial institutions, venture capital firms, legal and accounting firms, and other key stakeholders.
- Plan, develop, and execute new business initiatives from concept development to operational launch either independently or in collaboration with partners.
Qualification
Required:
- 3+ years of lending or business loan operations in banks, NBFCs, or debt funds under AIFs
- Experience in a loan-related business, with a strong understanding of NBFC business, particularly in relationship management, underwriting, collateral structuring, and collection.
- Other relevant professional experience equivalent to the above will also be considered.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements (BS, PL, CF), or a strong willingness and capability to learn quickly.
- Business-level English proficiency, sufficient for meetings and negotiations with local companies.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate business plans from both strategic and financial perspectives.
Preferred:
- Experience in lending, investment, acquisitions, or fundraising activities.
- Experience working in overseas markets or with multinational teams.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Exposure to fund operations or fund-related businesses.
